  DU E - LIBRARY     comprises a network of over 34 libraries , including the Central Library, faculty, and departmental libraries, offering both extensive physical collections and a vast array of e-resources . Key Libraries The DULS includes several major libraries spread across the North and South campuses:   Central Library : The main library, located in the North Campus, is the symbolic and practical center of the system. Arts Library : Also within the Central Library Complex in the North Campus. Central Science Library : Located in the Faculty of Science building in the North Campus. Ratan Tata Library : The primary library for the Delhi School of Economics. South Campus Library : Serves students and faculty on the University of Delhi South Campus.   JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU LIBRARY, KUK    History The JLN Library established on 11 th  January 1957, is located at a central place in the middle of various departments and Institutes of Kurukshetra University. The foundation stone of the present building was laid down on 17 th July, 1967 by the then Chief Minister Rao Virender Singh and ultimately library was shifted in its new building in July 18, 1972. The Library has a total plinth area of 114205 sq. feet besides beautiful well maintained lush green parks and vehicle parking. The JLN Library comprises of three blocks i.e.  Ranganathan Block, Ram Prasad Bismil Golden Jubilee Reading Hall and Savitri Bai Phule Block and have seating capacity of 1390. DR. BHIM RAO AMBEDKAR LIBRARY,GJU   The University Library came into existence in 1996 and is housed in a circular designed three-store large building. It is named after the great Indian Jurist, Economist, Politician and Social Reformer Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. The seating capacity of the University Library is 400 seats. The Library runs in two shifts i.e. 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. and 11.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M. and remains open on Saturdays and Sundays also. The timing of Night Reading Hall is 8 A.M. to 12 Midnight, however during examinations, it remains open ROUND THE CLOCK . Realizing the crucial role of up-to-date information services for conducting high level R&D activities, the Library since its inception has been in the continuous process of building and updating a standardized collection with latest publications.
